By purchasing artwork or requesting a custom commission through this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Original Artwork

All artwork sold on this site is original and hand-painted by Annette Meglino. Due to the handmade nature of each piece, slight variations and imperfections are part of the work’s character. Colors may appear different on screen versus in person. Digital downloads are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, shared, or used commercially without permission.

Custom Commissions

Custom commissions are available upon request.

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to begin the project.
The remaining balance is due upon completion, before the artwork is shipped.
You will be involved in the process and may be asked to approve a rough draft or concept before painting begins.
Once the final piece is complete, no changes can be made.
All commissioned pieces are for personal use only and may not be reproduced or resold without written permission.

Estimated turnaround times vary based on workload and complexity and will be communicated during the commission process.

Payment

Payment must be made in full for non-commissioned pieces at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards and any other payment methods provided during checkout.

Applicable sales tax will be added based on the shipping destination and in accordance with state and local tax laws.

Shipping & Delivery

All artwork ships from New York.

Please allow 5–10 business days for processing and delivery of in-stock artwork.
For commissions, shipping timelines will be communicated after completion.
Shipping is available within the United States. If you are outside the U.S., please contact us directly to discuss international shipping options.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or incorrect addresses provided during checkout.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Due to the unique and handmade nature of each piece:

All sales are final.
We do not offer returns or refunds on original artwork or custom commissions.
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging so we can assist with a solution (e.g., replacement, repair, or refund where applicable).

Commission deposits are non-refundable, even if you cancel the project after work has begun.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided at checkout, the buyer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend it.

All images, artwork, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Annette Meglino and are protected by copyright law.

Purchasing artwork does not grant you the right to reproduce, resell, or use the image commercially in any form without written permission.
We reserve the right to share images of sold or commissioned pieces for promotional use (e.g., website gallery, social media).
You may not use the artwork for unlawful purposes or in a way that harms the reputation or integrity of the artist.

Annette Meglino retains all intellectual property rights to her artwork, including commissioned pieces. By commissioning a custom work, you grant permission for Annette to photograph and share the final piece for promotional and advertising purposes (such as her website, social media, portfolio, or print materials). The client’s name or personal details will not be shared without consent.

If you wish to license or use an image for commercial purposes, please contact us directly.

Your personal information is used solely to process and fulfill your order or respond to your inquiries. We will never sell, share, or misuse your information.
